He has toured throughout Europe and has also given workshops around the world (Spain, France, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Germany, United States, Canada and the Caribbean).
Originally from Cameroon, born in Yaoundé and settled in Belgium, Didier is a musician with extensive experience with choirs and on stage. His passion for Negro Spirituals and Gospel began at a very young age, when he was only 11 years old singing in his church choir. At 13 years old he began to direct different choral formations in Cameroon.
Didier plays several instruments, and in addition to being a successful gospel choir director, he is a great singer, composer, arranger and artistic producer with more than 150 albums produced by different artists.
In 1992 he founded “The Marvellous Gospel Singers” in Belgium and has also directed various choral groups, such as “The Zion Gospel Spirit”, “Gospel Wings” or “Golden Gospel Voices”, performing during his artistic career in more than 3,500 concerts.
Since 2005 he has been a professor of Gospel at the ESMUC (Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya) in Barcelona.
