Gospel Canarias Fest celebrates its 20th edition in 2025, firmly established as one of the leading gospel festivals in Spain and one of the most anticipated cultural events of the year in the Canary Islands.
Over the past two decades, the festival has brought the power and spirit of gospel music to thousands of people across the islands of Tenerife, Gran Canaria, La Palma, Lanzarote, La Gomera, and Fuerteventura. Its programming combines concerts, workshops, educational activities, and shared experiences that use music as a vehicle for emotion, community, and celebration.
Throughout its history, the festival has hosted some of the most iconic gospel groups from the United States—the true birthplace of the genre—such as Chicago Mass Choir, Mississippi Mass Choir, Harlem Gospel Choir, South Carolina Gospel Singers, and Soweto Gospel Choir. It has also welcomed recurring artists who have left a lasting impact, including Brigitte Emaga, Naturally, Gospel Shine Voices, and Latonius.
Now in its 20th edition, the festival returns with renewed energy and a fresh lineup that will once again bring world-class gospel to some of the most emblematic stages of the archipelago. As always, it will feature a blend of international talent and local voices, maintaining the open, inclusive, and deeply emotional spirit that has defined Gospel Canarias Fest since its inception.
