Gospel Shine Voices is the first English-language gospel choir in Tenerife. Founded in 2008 and based in La Laguna, it has performed and collaborated innumerable times on the islands, as well as on the peninsula and in France. It has been promoting gospel music in the Canary Islands through the organisation of the “Gospeliando” workshops for 11 years without interruption, and is usually one of the first acts at the Canary Islands Gospel Festival. It has published an album of covers of contemporary gospel songs (“Faith, Hope & Love”, 2012) and maintains a youth group (Gospel Shine Voices Kids) that ensures the future of this choir. Its current musical director is Gustavo Campos.
