The Gospel School of the Canary Islands (EGC), founded in 2017 by the musician Ezequiel Barrios, was born with the aim of forming the gospel network that unites the Canary Islands. Following this goal, the school has brought gospel to many parts of the Canary Islands and, currently, to the peninsula, recently starting a new project in Seville.
The Gospel Network grows and does so through the school’s choirs, training, workshops and talks, building a community with other choirs and directors and carrying out the first gospel summit in the Canary Islands, the Canarias Gospel Summit.
